- $10 FLAT RATE for all orders under $199, using Australia Post Express Service for all deliveries within Australia.
- Once your order has been processed you will receive an order confirmation via email.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS(for outside Australia):
- $35 FLAT RATE for all international orders. International orders are shipped by Australia Post International Post. Shipping time depends on location, but we estimate between 3-15 business days.
- All items are posted by Australia Post (pre paid parcel satchels) and we cannot be held responsible for any delays/faults caused by Australia Post.
- Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Exchange / Returns / Refunds
- Please choose carefully as all exchanges allowed on items, are at the expense of the buyer.
- Orders must be returned within 10 days of purchase in original condition with all swing tags in place and receipt.
- Items must be returned to B.O.Y.D along with a self addressed prepaid return satchel.
- Any item found to be worn, altered, washed, or tampered with in anyway will void exchange policy.
- Please note that the measurements of the garments may vary.
- Strictly NO returns or exchange on sale items
- Refunds are only accepted on faulty goods and we will provide a full refund on the sale price.
